I have always loved this photo of Carolina Herrera and her beautiful  living room curtains that – gosh, I made! She had her sample room make up the curtains for her new house but decided they weren’t up to the demands of her living room. So she called Sam Blount to help her out and he called me.

 

The room had one window that we treated as three with the center part bowing out into

the room.

 

The raspberry damask curtains are lined with a taffeta of small cream and green stripe

and have a narrow bias binding of

the same.
